Based in Birmingham and Glasgow, Vector delivered around 500 market and social research projects for government, commercial and not-for-profit organisations from 1996 to 2020. The company built a fabulous client base including positive and dynamic individuals and agencies, some of which are represented below.
The above is not simply a random montage of client logos (there were many more). It actually represents the breadth and diversity of sources for an intelligence vault which informs an holistic insight on the individual, the community, and their relationship with service providers, government and business. We aim to use this vault to build a joined-up evidence-based foundation for the WTF? debate.
Additionally our project base also contains a series of surprising, contentious or counter-intuitive findings - along with evidence of occasional misapplied policy and intervention. This series of WTF? events adds further to the discussion - producing a solid and stimulating archive from which to build an intelligence forum.
The archive will occasionally be topped up with a series of short sharp (unfunded!) taster exercises involving just 50 or 100 respondents. These will highlight issues which do not seem to get an airing - and which we feel have a pressing need for at least some investigative action (or occasionally offer a chance for a bit of fun).
